A weekend spent at Adrenaline Dance offers two unparalleled environments, the Classroom Series and the Competition Experience. Our guests will encounter world-class educational environments with extended class times, an engaging and prestigious competition, and other enriching events throughout. Adrenaline Dance empowers dancers to take control of their experience, embrace challenges, and push the boundaries of their artistic potential to new heights all while keeping the dancer’s wellbeing at the forefront.

Elevating the convention experience, the Adrenaline Dance Classroom Series offers a unique approach that empowers dancers to fully immerse themselves in all aspects of the training process. Extended class time enriches the learning process for each dancer and provides them with the opportunity to embrace the convention class setting with newfound confidence.

The Classroom Series offers:

• Immersive dance curriculum taught by Adrenaline faculty for all ages and levels

• Extended 70 min class time across all genres 

• Exclusive 3 day SPARKS experience curated for dancers ages 5-7

• Positive class environment designed to elevate the learning experience and build dancer confidence. 

CLASSROOM SERIES PLUS (CS+) 

Join our Classroom Series Plus (CS+), designed to provide dancers and educators with additional/optional opportunities to delve deeper into dance education across diverse genres and educational seminars/forums.These curated training options are available at all events, allowing studios and individuals to tailor their experience to align with their specific goals and requirements for the weekend. All CS+ offerings are included in the Classroom Series registration fee.

COMPETITION EXPERIENCE

At Adrenaline Dance we understand the dedication and effort studios invest in every piece they bring to our stage. Our Competition Experience provides a focused time each weekend for teachers, dancers, and families to fully engage in the Competition Experience and showcase their artistic skills. 

 The Competition Experience seeks to:

• Foster a community-focused environment for all participating studios

• Ensure an age-appropriate competition schedule, allowing dancers ample time for stage preparation and rest/recovery

• Offer educational feedback and critiques from our esteemed Adrenaline faculty and judges

• Uphold ethical judging standards through the enforcement of the Amplified Rules and Regulations

AUDITION EXPERIENCE

As industry leaders, Adrenaline Dance recognizes the significance of offering the next generation of dancers the chance to learn and encounter what lies ahead when entering the professional dance realm. Our Audition Experience provides dancers with a real-time audition guided by our esteemed faculty and professional assistants. All participating dancers will audition for the opportunity to earn a scholarship that includes an invitation to join the Performance Crew, premiering in the closing show.

The Audition Experience provides: 

• Allocated time at every event  for dancers to fully  immerse themselves in the Audition Experience

• A safe environment to learn and experience the  intricacies of a dance audition process

• Nurturing guidance on excelling and thriving in an audition setting

In addition to the Performance Crew scholarship recipients selected at the Audition experience, dancers registered for the full Classroom Series workshop are eligible to be selected for various  additional scholarships at each event. Our faculty will be selecting recipients by looking at the whole dancer—celebrating not just your technical talent, but also your energy, enthusiasm, and the way you engage with your peers in class. Dancers will be observed by our faculty during all Classroom Series sessions as well as the Audition Experience for scholarship selection.

SPARKS EXPERIENCE 

The SPARKS Experience mission is to provide dancers ages 5-7 with a developmentally appropriate environment where they can learn, grow, explore, and experience the art of dance in a meaningful way. Through the SPARK experience, we offer a dance curriculum curated to help each student learn the foundations of dance, explore dance as an art form through creative movement opportunities, gain insight into dance on stage through the SPARKS Performance opportunity, and build a community with other dancers their age. Our goal is to foster a love for dance, encourage creativity, and support the holistic development of young dancers as they embark on their dance journey.

SPARKS Vision 

Our SPARKS curriculum is designed and led by Lindsey Morgan, who holds a BFA in elementary education with a concentration in child development. Lindsey's years of experience in education, combined with a background in the dance industry, have motivated her to integrate developmental approaches that create a learner-centered environment within the dance convention circuit. By incorporating classroom management techniques, age-appropriate language and vocabulary, as well as other art forms such as drawing and music, young dancers are fully immersed in the learning process. This approach enables them to enhance their skills and build confidence, nurturing their growth both as dancers and individuals.

SPARKS Faculty

Each weekend, our SPARKS room is overseen by one of our dedicated SPARKS Leads. These Leads are part of our convention faculty and blend expertise in dance education with a deep passion for nurturing the next generation of young artists. They are responsible for guiding and supervising the overall SPARKS experience, creating a safe and engaging environment where all dancers can enjoy and actively participate in every aspect of the weekend.

SPARKS Performance 

Each weekend, all registered SPARKS participants have the exciting opportunity to showcase their talents in the closing show. Under the guidance of our skilled SPARKS Leads, dancers engage in a specialized choreographic process tailored to their age group. The weekend culminates with SPARKS taking the stage, where they can revel in the art of performance alongside their fellow SPARKS friends!
