Get ready for the four-day workshop that brings the nation’s top tap dancers and choreographers to you. Held July 31st - August 3rd, 2012 in Lake Hopatcong, NJ, Syn.co.pate offers up to seven classes each day. Multiple levels and small class sizes ensure intimate instruction and interaction with our distinguished faculty. The entire Syn.co.pate staff is returning this year, all the teacher are amazing and I'm proud to have them join me in what I think is one of the best tap intensives availbile to young tap dancers.
Classes begin July 31st, 2012 at The Dance Academy of North Jersey located at 770 Route 15 South in Lake Hopatcong, NJ. The studio is 45 minutes from Newark airport and just 10 minutes from the Hilton Garden Inn. Book your rooms now and receive a special group rate. The Hilton Garden Inn shares a parking lot with the Rockaway mall with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The intensive will end no later then 3pm on august 5th for those of you who would like to travel home on friday night.
Syn.co.pate also offers young tap dancers the rare opportunity to participate in a solo showcase. its offered at no additional cost and is an excellent opportunity for tap soloists to receive feedback from not one, but three tap dancers in a completely constructive atmosphere. Dinner is provided at the event,and all the participants are encouraged to attend and support their peers. This is not a competition, no costumes or make up necessary. Other group activities will include an arcade night and an exclusive question and answer session with the faculty! A shuttle will be provided to transport the dancers to and from the hotel each day and to all Syn.co.pate sponsored events. In addition, lunch will be provided for all participants for only $10 a day at the studio and exclusive Syn.co.pate apparel will be for sale!
